О том, как дом превращается в рабочее место, или травма дома на работе

Как известно, в интернете никто не знает, что на самом деле ты собака — но все уже знают, что ты работаешь из дома. Соответственно, если дома произошла травма, то она рабочая травма. Вот вам пример для иллюстрации того, как это выглядит в суде.

Девушка, о которой пойдёт речь — писательница из Тель-Авива, живёт с дочкой и работает, как и все писатели (кроме меня) из дома. Дома у неё есть свой кабинет, и там она пишет.

Здесь нужно сказать, что с появлением телефона, который смартфон, на самом деле отпала всяческая необходимость в кабинете. То есть отпала она ещё раньше, с появлением лэптопов, но в прошлом году все кафешки позакрывали — кроме, конечно же, Альмы в Яффо напротив моей бывшей квартиры, которая работала вообще без перерывов все карантины, радуя меня разливным пивом (кроме того месяца, когда они всё же закрылись, ибо все заболели короной).

Ну и, конечно же, туалет. Где, как не в нём, пишутся лучшие места в книге и приходят в голову самые интересные мысли? Это же лучшее рабочее место на свете!

Однако вернёмся к нашей писательнице. Она сидела в своём кабинете и работала — писала рок-оперу (!), творила разумное доброе вечное, а телефон оставила в комнате дочери, дабы не мешал её умственному процессу. Но вскоре у неё должна была быть важная встреча как раз по поводу грядущего шедевра — и она решила посмотреть на телефон.

И вот, проходя мимо кухни, она поскользнулась на разлитом на пол джеле для стирки, упала и сломала запястье. И встал вопрос — а кто же оплатит её боль, страдания и невозможность быстро и качественно записывать свои гениальные рок-шедевры?

Каждая травма на работе и по дороге на/с неё — это производственная травма, за которую платит битуах леуми. Я, кстати, даже не знаю, кто хуже относится к битуах леуми — те, кто от него пытаются что-то получить типа пособий и сталкиваются с ужасом егойных пакидов, или терпилы-ацмаим, которые просто отдают туда кучу бабла, чтобы никогда не получить ничего взамен, ибо пособия по безработице для ацмаим нет, и если что — зубы на полку.

И вот девушка подала иск в битуах леуми, который, конечно же, отклонили. Если всем, кто дома падает, давать денег, то что же это будет, сказали там. «Буркевич отказал».

Но девушка пошла в суд и выиграла. Она ведь работала — сидела и писала в кабинете, а потом пошла в другую комнату проверить телефон для рабочей встречи. То есть это было посреди рабочего дня и в процессе работы.

Писательница выиграла суд, а те, кто до сих пор работает из дома, должны намотать это на ус — или, в отсутствие такового, взять это на заметку.
